Does Concrete Collective have a showroom?

We sure do! Our Showroom is located at 631 Waterdale Road, Heidelberg West VIC 3081 and is open by appointment only. Please get in touch here to book a time with one of our consultants. 

What is the lead time?

Custom Concrete
Lead times vary depending on the product, scope of work and the time of year (we experience longer lead times from September – December). 

We would generally say to allow approx. 8 – 12 weeks, but recommend reaching out to us here to obtain the most accurate lead time pertinent to your piece or project. 


Shop items
Our shop items here have a lead time of approx. 6 – 8 weeks from time of order to delivery. 

I can’t get to your showroom. Is there a way I can see sample of colours and finishes before I order?

Yes! You can view our core colours and finishes here, or, feel free to reach out here and we can arrange to send you a sample pack.

I know I want Concrete, but not sure what colour, finish or size to go with. Help!

We’ve got you! Our friendly team of expert’s love working with you every step of the way. With your space, design aesthetic and budget top of mind, we’ll help conceptualise and create an end product that will be a staple feature in your home or commercial project that’s loved for years to come.  

How are custom Concrete Collective pieces made?

All concrete collective products are handmade in Melbourne using Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GFRC), a specialised form of concrete that is durable and lightweight with high flexural strength. 

As concrete is a natural substance, no two Concrete Collective products will ever be the same. Variation in texture, colour and pattern is common, as well as small air pockets, resulting in a truly unique finished product. 

What colours and finishes are available?

Our concrete can be cast in an infinite range of colours to suit your desired outcome. The core colour selection and finishes we offer can be viewed here. 

Have something different in mind? For custom pieces, we can work with you to colour match or achieve a look and feel unique to your piece or project. Get in touch here!

Will I need to reinforce flooring to hold the weight of my concrete product?

As our concrete is GFRC (Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete), it is significantly lighter than conventional concrete. With that being said, we recommend speaking to your builder or engineer for heavier products like our baths.

Where do you deliver in Australia?

How much is shipping?

Yes! For Shop Items, International Shipping will be calculated at checkout. For custom concrete products, please get in touch here to discuss shipping options with our friendly team.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Over time and with constant use, your concrete product will begin to show signs of general wear and tear. Should you wish to have your concrete resurfaced at any stage, please contact our office and we will gladly provide you a maintenance quote.

I’ve changed my mind. Do you offer returns?

Custom Concrete 

As each product is handcrafted and made to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind purchases on our custom concrete. 


Shop Items 

Exchanges are available on shop items within 28 days from date of purchase. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will apply and the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs and insurance. Products must be returned as new in original packaging. 

Where do you offer installation?

We currently offer installation state-wide in Victoria and in some parts of New South Wales. Please get in touch here to find out if we offer installation in your area. 

I live in an apartment building with only lift or narrow stair access. Can you still install my concrete?

We have made the impossible possible many a time! Get in touch with our team here to discuss your options – you’ll be surprised what we can make happen.

How do I care for my concrete?

With the right TLC, your concrete product will be durable and enjoyed for many years to come.

What do I do if my concrete gets scratched or damaged?

While every Concrete Collective product is sealed with a best in market penetrative sealer to prevent marking and surface damage, we know things can happen!

In the unlikely event that your product is marked, please get in touch with our friendly team here who can help with next steps.

Will my concrete stain if I spill liquid on it?

We use a best in market deep penetrative sealer on all Concrete Collective products, which prevents liquid penetrating and marking the concrete, ensuring longevity of your product. 

With that said, concrete is naturally porous in nature, so we still recommend that you avoid leaving wet items directly on your product for prolonged periods of time to avoid potential marking. 

What products should I use to clean my concrete product?

We highly recommend using light solvents (warn water & soap) or a natural, non-abrasive cleaning product such as Koh to gently clean and care for your concrete. 


Harsh abrasives products with high PH levels like bleach should be avoided as these will strip the sealer and leave the product prone to marking.

Are Concrete Collective products sealed?

Yes! Every piece of concrete that leaves the Concrete Collective warehouse is sealed with a best in market deep penetrative sealer, which works to prevent marking and surface damage. 

Do Concrete Collective products come with warranty?

Absolutely. All Concrete Collective products come with a two (2) year manufacturer’s warranty valid for any manufacturing defects.


To lodge a warranty claim, please take photos of the fault/ issue and send through here with your details. Someone from our team will be in touch within 2 business days with next steps!
